“We came in town for a K-State football game. It had been years since we had been in town. We loved this little house. It was a short drive to down town Manhattan or the stadium, but far enough away it was quiet and peaceful. The owners were next door if you needed anything. Our 7 year old called it the Cowboy Hotel and loved the decor. We will definitely check this house out again when we come back to town!!!”

“The Cozy Stone is a wonderful find! From the ease of communication with our host to the wonderfully clean home and the centralized location to K State, we could not have asked for better accommodations! Street parking was very easy and the neighborhood had a calm and quiet vibe. Even though the Cozy Stone is fairly close to the train tracks, the occasional sound of the passing train was not a bother. We did have a tornado warning during our stay- we are in Kansas after all-but there is a……
