Watched the Christmas parade on a huge east to use TV. Beds were comfy too! Visited a grocery store and an amazing Italian restaurant all near by?! What a blessed time! ”

“What a cool place this is, nestled in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood of Victorians and other older houses, with kids playing outside and kitties on front porches. Reminds me of my childhood a million years ago! The house has character, and was a great overnight stay for me and my young dog, Willie, as we drive from the East Coast back to California.The downstairs has a bedroom and small bathroom, along with kitchen, dining and living rooms, so we never even ventured upstairs. “This little house by Lake Shawnee was a great launching off point for seeing family in the area, touring museums, and most of all resting from the Holidays. Walking the dog along the lake really helped me decompress from the Holidays and recenter and reset for the new year. The inside of the house was exceptionally clean. Backyard could benefit from a leaf raking. That said, I highly recommend this place.”

“Fridge did not work. Had a small bar size fridge that froze everything. Pillows were very hard. TV had no signal. Quaint house. Met our needs”
