“It was a good place that was comfortable and clean; wish we could have stayed longer.”

“The host Deb was very responsive and helpful with check-in. The house was clean when we arrived. There were also fresh baked cookies for us. We were in town for a wedding and needed an early check in for changing prior to our event, the host was very accommodating. ***One thing for the host to check out is a possible clogged plumbing vent as there is noise in the kitchen sink after flushing the downstairs toilet.”

“But we did not all stay there., We had a family meeting for a family funeral and it was a wonderful place to hang out and enjoy the grill in the backyard. Plenty of open space and everyone enjoyed it. The neighborhood was nice and safe. It was close to Family property in Topeka. The host was wonderful. We had no problems. The Internet works great beautifully decorated. ”

“Overall, it was good to have a roof over our heads for the night. No complaints there. The original location in Eskridge ended up being booked for the evening, resulting in a late check in time. I received communication a day before our stay providing another location to stay at. The lakehouse was decent, providing all accommodations necessary. One hide-a-bed, a full size and a twin bed, the latter being quite uncomfortable. A slightly dirty toilet is my only complaint about the cleanliness. ”

“We had a great stay! The house has been beautifully remodeled and was very clean. Great communication with the hosts. One thing to keep in mind for future guests is two of the bedrooms are on the 3rd floor and the staircase to that floor is rather steep. It wasn't an issue as our kids slept up there and my husband and I in our 40's went up multiple times with no issues, just something to keep in mind depending on the age and mobility of the guests in your party. “What a cute house! Perfect for our weekend stay for a high school gradation. Great location and very easy checkin process! Has everything you would need for a stay, detailed notes, very helpful! It was really neat to see how the house is updated but still has a lot of the charm of an old house. We will be staying again if we need another nights stay in Osage City!”
