“We came in town for a K-State football game. It had been years since we had been in town. We loved this little house. It was a short drive to down town Manhattan or the stadium, but far enough away it was quiet and peaceful. The owners were next door if you needed anything. Our 7 year old called it the Cowboy Hotel and loved the decor. We will definitely check this house out again when we come back to town!!!”

“Conveniently located to Manhattan city center and K-State campus. The house was perfect for our group of 4 for the weekend. It is always nice to have a whole house to ourselves instead of a noisy hotel. We especially loved sitting on the front porch enjoying morning coffee. The little extras of provided coffee, bottled water and pastries was very much appreciated. Rachelle was a gracious host. Highly recommend. ”

“We love the house and all the separate spaces for family to congregate. Location is great for trip to Manhattan and our family farm located 15 miles north on highway 13. Neighborhood is quiet and I enjoyed the views of the lake and flint hills. Beds seem a little firm all but the twins in the loft but my family are bed deva’s If we have another big family event in the area we will probably stay at this house again. ”
