“We had an amazing stay for parents weekend. Perfect home. Welcoming and so comfortable. Beds are so nice! The area is quiet and you immediately feel yourself relax. Very easy to get back and forth to K-State. Highly recommend!”

“This property worked great for our group. We stayed for our daughter’s graduation. The beds in the main level bedrooms were pretty high, they were hard for my 75 year old parent to get in and out of. The description say there is a pull out couch but really the couches are just reclining couches”

“Fridge did not work. Had a small bar size fridge that froze everything. Pillows were very hard. TV had no signal. Quaint house. Met our needs”

“Our stay was absolutely delightful.The house is filled with so much charm and all the modern conveniences.We loved the nods to K-State in the home and the neighbors were friendly as well.Our host was so wonderful about quickly responding to any questions and this really helped us better prepare for our stay.The house is close to stores, restaurants, and night life. We loved our stay so much. It was comfortable with so many thoughtful touches that elevated our experience. We would 100% book here……

“We came in town for a K-State football game. It had been years since we had been in town. We loved this little house. It was a short drive to down town Manhattan or the stadium, but far enough away it was quiet and peaceful. The owners were next door if you needed anything. Our 7 year old called it the Cowboy Hotel and loved the decor. We will definitely check this house out again when we come back to town!!!”

“We booked the house for our daughter’s graduation from K State. It functioned really well for 9 adults for 3 days. It had everything we needed, including chairs and a grill outside, The property manager was very flexible and responsive. Location is super convenient to downtown and campus. Cute neighborhood. I would also add that there was a comment in another review about barking dogs next door: they did bark on occasion, but not excessively or aggressively. Not an issue for us at all.”
