The only complaint I could make was the mosquitos in the yard were terrible so if you want to enjoy the beautiful yard or have animals coming along, pack bug spray. Thanks for the stay! ”

“We came in town for a K-State football game. It had been years since we had been in town. We loved this little house. It was a short drive to down town Manhattan or the stadium, but far enough away it was quiet and peaceful. The owners were next door if you needed anything. Our 7 year old called it the Cowboy Hotel and loved the decor. We will definitely check this house out again when we come back to town!!!”

It is always nice to have a whole house to ourselves instead of a noisy hotel. We especially loved sitting on the front porch enjoying morning coffee.
