“This Beautiful Home was perfect for our large family. It was stocked with pantry goods that I have always had to provide myself which made it very nice. We had enough space for all of the children and they absolutely loved it. We're ALL still talking about it! We had several inches of beautiful snow which brought back sweet memories of growing up in Topeka. We hope to return again...SOON !!!”

“We came in town for a K-State football game. It had been years since we had been in town. We loved this little house. It was a short drive to down town Manhattan or the stadium, but far enough away it was quiet and peaceful. The owners were next door if you needed anything. Our 7 year old called it the Cowboy Hotel and loved the decor. We will definitely check this house out again when we come back to town!!!”

“Overall, it was good to have a roof over our heads for the night. No complaints there. The original location in Eskridge ended up being booked for the evening, resulting in a late check in time. I received communication a day before our stay providing another location to stay at. The lakehouse was decent, providing all accommodations necessary. One hide-a-bed, a full size and a twin bed, the latter being quite uncomfortable. A slightly dirty toilet is my only complaint about the cleanliness. ”

“Very peaceful property with excellent accommodations. Its close to Topeka, but far enough out of town to be quiet and comfortable. My kids enjoyed "exploring" the beautiful property. Thank you so much for a great stay!”
