“This property worked great for our group. We stayed for our daughter’s graduation. The beds in the main level bedrooms were pretty high, they were hard for my 75 year old parent to get in and out of. The description say there is a pull out couch but really the couches are just reclining couches”

“This house served everything we needed for a wonderful mom’s weekend with our college girls. Lots of extras in the kitchen made it easy to pull meals together. We used the grill outside which was a bonus. Back yard needs a good spring clean and would recommend hanging lights out there. Overall, a fantastic stay! ”

“One reason I chose this property was due its close proximity to the Riley County Fairgrounds (less than 5 minutes). We enjoyed our stay there and it completely met our needs. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen seemed adequately stocked. They also offered nice little touches like snacks and toiletries. We will return here if we find ourselves in Manhattan again.”

“We had a lovely time. Our extended family was in town and the layout was great for a large number of guests. Each room had enough space for privacy, but was close enough for everyone to know what’s going on. The house could use some freshening up. It was clean, but some things didn’t work, like the coffee pot, oven, some burners, the fireplaces. But the house is well equipped so we made due. Plenty of sheets and towels were provided. We would book it again!”
