“I went up there for the weekend for my bachelor party, all of us had a great time! The only negative feedback I have is that the listing shows it sleeps 10, but there were only 4 beds - 3 of which were singles.”

“This modern cabin was very comfortable, clean and well-located. It is small but very comfortable. Everything in it -- from the bed to kitchen to heating and bathroom were top notch. It was very easy to return there after a day spent on the Lake and in the Mt. Lassen area. Also, while there has been a lot of fire damage in surrounding forests, this part of the lake thankfully escaped all of that. ”

“Great location close to the lake, but had to travel to a nearby beach to actually access it. Right next to golf course but you wouldn’t even know it. Peaceful and quiet. Relaxing stay. House pretty much matched the description except that there was a foosball table , not a pool table. Overall we were very happy with it.”

“We had a delightful time in this home!! We were greeted by a wonderful basket of goodies, slept in comfy beds and enjoyed the small touches of hospitality throughout the bedrooms/bathrooms. Everything was super clean with new flooring throughout !! We enjoyed sitting outside under the pines while our pup could wander around wherever she wanted in the large fenced backyard. We will definitely return!! A five star place for sure!!”

“This is a perfect lake house to share summer fun with family. With its private dock and private beach we were able to conveniently gather at the lake each day without ever having to drive. Just a few steps from the house and you could access the lake! The house is tastefully decorated, equipped with everything you would need. The hot tub and deck were a great place to relax in the evenings. The owner of the property and host were both responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely rent……

“It was decent. Bed was comfy and owner was easy to get a hold of when there was some confusion about water heater. Took me a bit to figure out how to get hot water. Stove was out of order, but grill outside was very ni e. There ere dishes proved but no way to clean them. My biggeat advice would be to.put in a bigger bathroom sink .”

As hosts, communication was clear, timely and helpful when I initially had issues w the VRBO app, Allyn hopped on to help make sure it got situated. Check in process was a breeze, the house itself is as beautiful as the pictures. Bonus points because it included baby proofing items, and a high chair.
