“Хотелът е на добро ниво лаго обслужване, СПА зоната е отлична, услугите й също. Навсякъде е чисто, включително и басейните. Ресторантът е също на много добро ниво. Трябва да се обнови мебелировката в стаите и да се предостави повече комфорт, матраците също за смяна. ”

“Renovierungsbedürftig, Duschen in Bädern kaputt, Englisch spricht fast niemand, nicht einmal an der Rezeption. Kein vernünftiger Parkplatz, Ich musste das Zimmer sofort beim Check in bezahlen. Das ist mir in noch nie passiert und ich übernachte viel in Hotels. Musik im Zimmer nicht ohne weiteres abstellbar, man wird unfreiwillig morgens um halb acht durch eine Art Wecker geweckt. Im Restaurant mehrfach unsauberes Geschirr. ”

“Sin lugar a dudas uno de los mejores hoteles en los que he estado nunca. El edificio es precioso en una casa del renacimiento búlgaro. Decorado con mucho gusto. Habitación súper amplia con un montón de detalles, agua, botellita de vino tinto, blanco. Recibimiento con copa de vino. El spa expectacular y qué decir del desayuno, delicioso. No es bufet pero nos ofrecieron 5 tipos diferentes de desayuno completisimos, que nos dejaron elegir tantos como quisiéramos, pero con uno tuvimos suficiente. El……

“Wir waren im Sommer hier und haben eine sehr schöne Zeit gehabt; die Sonnenaufgänge sind wirklich grandios, dafür kann man schon mal früh aufstehen. Das Haus liegt (noch) schön allein, es ist für bulgarische Verhältnisse top. Etwas mehr Kochgeschirr wäre wünschenswert. Leider kann man im See nicht baden, aber die Umgebung ist sehr sehens- und erlebenswert, vor allem natürlich die Rhodopenbahn und die kleinen Gemüsestände an den Straßen. “The reason, that we chose this hotel is the reviews of other customers. Extremely friendly, helpful and polite staff, clean rooms, comparatively far from the center (we were looking for a calmer and quieter place and for us the location was not a problem - 15-20 minutes walk from center) and extremely tasty and good food - delicious breakfast and good restaurant for the rest of the time). The only thing we were disappointed was food, we didn't manage to have dinner as we had planned. The hotel……
