“Very good spa center with mineral water in the lovely mountain area of Bulgaria. The hotel facilities are properly sized - you do not have the feeling of overcrowded area. The staff is nice and smiley. Inside the rooms and in the common areas is very clean. We will visit again at first possibility. ”

“This hotel has everything, t they have thought of every single detail from baby food in the restaurant, robes for children and adults, to kids indoor play area supervised 9am to 10pm... and you can leave your child while having breakfast or dinner. Very well organized, great pools and food, walking to trails in the forest. My kids didn't want to leave”

“Velingrand: A quiet town that offers nothing besides some taverns/restaurants and small shops.Dont visit if you are looking to have fun. NOT recommended for young people! Hotel: Generally a nice hotel. Staff is professional. However indoor SPA pools are outdated and need to be modernized. Also, there arent many activities to do; They could at least arrange for a walk in the park or music events. Dont go there if you are too active.Go there to isolate from everything”

“A 4* hotel this is not. It's OK if you're just looking for a place to crash in Borovets but it's on the outskirts of town (10 min walk to town if you're not in ski boots). Has a sauna but no jacuzzi or steam room and the pool is not really big enough for swimming properly. Breakfast was average if you got there reasonably early but by 8am everything on the hot counters is cool and doesn't get replaced.”

“Great food. Shuttle bus is a joke. It takes 8 people every 15 mins but the staff allow more than 8 to sign up, so when the bus does arrive (often late), it’s a free-for-all regarding who gets on. Take earplugs. All rooms have noisy doors and all night you’ll hear banging as people come and go. It’s a bargain. Get what you pay for. ”

“Absolute Katastrophe das Hotel. Vor der Reise nicht erreichbar, keine Antworten auf unsere Anfragen. Beim Checkin falsche Zimmer bekommen. Für 7 Personen, nur 6 Betten. Kein Entgegenkommen der Rezeption, es gab eine Klappcouch, die man hätte beziehen können. lapidare Auskunft: wir sind ausgebucht, sie können ihr Geld zurück haben. “Toilet not flushing, mould on the walls, 2nd room didn’t even have a bed, it was a fold out couch from last century, not possible to put any items from the bar on the room, reception tried to charge us for the night which we had paid for online”
