“Excellent amenities, very courteous people, tasty food. We had great relaxing vacation and enjoyed the mineral pools and offered massages. Really recommended hotel and staff ”

“A 4* hotel this is not. It's OK if you're just looking for a place to crash in Borovets but it's on the outskirts of town (10 min walk to town if you're not in ski boots). Has a sauna but no jacuzzi or steam room and the pool is not really big enough for swimming properly. Breakfast was average if you got there reasonably early but by 8am everything on the hot counters is cool and doesn't get replaced.”

“This hotel has everything, t they have thought of every single detail from baby food in the restaurant, robes for children and adults, to kids indoor play area supervised 9am to 10pm... and you can leave your child while having breakfast or dinner. Very well organized, great pools and food, walking to trails in the forest. My kids didn't want to leave”

“Highly recommended for the overall experience and range of amenities. The rooms were modern, recently updated, clean and functional. View of the mountain was splendid. The terrace restaurant was outstanding in both service and quality, including drinks, cocktails and desserts.
