“Wir waren nur auf der Durchreise und haben wie im letzten Jahr eine Nacht in diesem Hotel verbracht.”

I book the transportation service for two person with confirmation from the hotel.But when I landed in Sofia I waited in the airport for half an hour.Nobody waiting in the airport as promised by hotel.We I go outside of the airport,I saw the car of the hotel.The driver told me the reservation has been canceled.He had to pick up a group..So I could only a terrible old taxi to hotel.And the hotel charge me 24 euro in total!!When I checking,I asked the reason why the hotel did not inform me in……

“A little hard to find at first, but a great place to stay. I had to find a hotel on short notice as the one I reserved turned out to be 50 miles away from Sofia. Friendly staff that always found room for me to park my rental car. Reasonably priced breakfast with a bar. I’lol stay there again next time I visit.”

“False informatiom saying they are at 10 kms from Rila Monastery, but you must round the mountain and you must do 120 kms to arrive... what kind of fraud it is? It is to much!!!”

“Bina girişinde otel ile ilgisi olmayan ve ingilizce bilmeyen bir kişi vardı. Resevasyonumuz konusunda hiç bilgisi yoktu. Başka birini çağırdı. O kisi telefonla birileri ile görüştü sonra bize odayı gösterdiler. Yagmurlu soğuk bir gunde uzun bir yolculuktan sonra biraz bekletildik ve endişe duyduk. Odaya yerleştikten sonra rahat bir konaklama oldu. Şehir merkezine uzak anayol kenarinda. ”

“I was looking for a hotel in the outskirts of Sofia and after reading reviews for other properties - same stars category but with much lower ratings I picked up this one. It did not disappoint. We booked a standard room but we were upgraded - I had a personal occasion and this was a nice touch. The staff was kind and attentive. Our room was bigger that the rest on the floor, it looked well maintained although a little outdated. Bathroom had a bath-tub and was big enough. The bed was quite huge.……
