“Spa and room size was very good. In general staff was very helpful except few person at reception who were not helpful in answering my questions about city and some restaurants”

“The Hotel Elegant Lux is in a great location just a few minutes from the ski gondola and the many bars and restaurants around town. It has a shuttle bus to and from the gondola. We stayed for five nights. The staff are friendly and helpful. We had half board and the breakfasts and dinners were good with a buffet for both. For dinners where there are fewer diners they do table service. There is a spa with pool, sauna and jacuzzi which was good. We went in the morning and were the only people……

“This was not my first choice for a hotel in Bansko, but I'm so glad that I chose this. It had everything. You can see mountains everywhere, it has plenty of space where to park, staff are friendly, service is amazing, food was good, fair price. All in all, pretty good experience. ”

“The hotel and its location are great for the town as close enough to walk and far enough to be quiet for the children to sleep. Saw a lot of bad reviews about breakfast however one of the best European breakfasts I’ve had for a long time (and I travel 8 months of the year). The pool and steam were great after a day in the slopes and the VIP lift pass was very much worth the extra £. Bansko lift system needs an overhaul but I’m sure that’ll come with all the extra income. 2 minor hotel……

“Velingrand: A quiet town that offers nothing besides some taverns/restaurants and small shops.Dont visit if you are looking to have fun. NOT recommended for young people! Hotel: Generally a nice hotel. Staff is professional. However indoor SPA pools are outdated and need to be modernized. Also, there arent many activities to do; They could at least arrange for a walk in the park or music events. Dont go there if you are too active.Go there to isolate from everything”

“Internet is the room was very slow. Not sufficient for work and video conference. Thankfully no conference was in progress and I was able to use the conference facility for a day. This had higher Internet speed of 25Gb.Thank you to the manager for accommodating. ”

“I recently stayed at Hotel Orlovetz and overall had a good experience, but with some notable drawbacks. The hotel itself is great—the rooms are very clean, modern, and offer the best views you can get in Pamporovo. Waking up to those mountain views was definitely a highlight of the stay. The breakfast was really good with a nice variety, but dinner was inconsistent. On Friday and Saturday, the food was great, but during the weekdays, it wasn’t nearly as good, likely due to fewer guests.……

“Very good spa center with mineral water in the lovely mountain area of Bulgaria. The hotel facilities are properly sized - you do not have the feeling of overcrowded area.
