“Pleasant hotel with spa facilities in a quiet, green area. Staff was friendly, breakfast offered variety. The bed was a bit too soft, but overall the room was fine.”

“We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Our 2- bedroom apartment was clean and spacious, the kitchen had sufficient amount of utensils and plates. We brought our own coffee machine, if we had not, there would not be a way for us to make our own coffee (we prefer it first thing in the morning, before dressing to go for breakfast to the restaurant). We appreciated that there was a kitchen towel and a feet towel (something that is missing in many other Bulgarian rental units), as well as……

“Best hotel in the area. Excellent facilities (SPA, restaurants and ski services). Superb location ( pretty much on the main ski lift). Outdated rooms. Staff experience varies: some are great (reception, concierge and breakfast), some are simply unpleasant, inefficient and outright seemed annoyed by their job serving guests…(especially the SPA and the lobby lounge)”

“Walls are so thin that I could hear the people in the next room snoring and not only hear them speaking on the phone but also the callers. The hotel stank of tobacco and the staff is generally quite rude and unhelpful. The location was the one positive thing about this hotel, as you can easily access shops and restaurants of Bansko.”

“This is an excellent hotel for its money-central location for everything-5 mins to Gondola, clean and warm rooms-housekeeping every day-we did half board which the food was good(we never expect fine dining in HB-but good varied choice) the only thing I would say is that the breakfast could be a little earlier 7am rather than 7.30am as it leaves very little time to eat before the Gondola opens at 8….but this wouldn’t stop me from staying here again-all in all a very good.”
