“Id give it a try again, the issue was more the property management vs. Sonder. Sonder Team was great and good at communication. The property/building itself was nice, but the garage door was broken, the divider wall on our patio was broken. The garage door issue was a lot of stress upon arrival after a full day of travel. Also, very basic toiletries but no handsoap in the entire unit? Weird and inconvenient.”

“The 2-bedroom apartment was beautiful, clean, and spacious. However, the chairs for the kitchen room table and the desk were cheap and flimsy; they need to put sturdier chairs to prevent someone from falling/injuring themselves when sitting in the chairs.
