“Perfect for relaxing with 3 generations - great beach, nice pool, peaceful, comfortable & very clean, with a sweet patio for relaxing. We really appreciated the beach chairs, beach towels, and tho we didn’t use them, the snorkels for great snorkeling right off the beach. We met local friends at the Beach Cafe & liked having the coffee bar at the hotel too. Perfect! Mahalo”

We were a little disappointed in the response time from the property manager. “The condo is cute, and the kitchen has everything needed if you desire to cook. Having a washer and dryer (with soap provided) was great! There was also a lot of beach towels, a small ice chest and snorkeling gear which we put to use for our day trips. The beach is about a half mile walk and from there, the sunsets were amazing! “Phtos of this property are accurate. We stayed May 2025. Everything was clean and comfortable. Furniture is new and modern and appliances are all updated. Bathrooms need updating, but were clean. Only item some folks might find uncomfortable is that there is only one AC in the bedroom trying to cool the entire unit. There is no AC in the living room. It looks like all the units in the complex are similar. ”

“We just stayed at this property in April. The property is even better in person and immaculately clean. There is snorkel gear which we used nearly every day at Kuilima Cove where we saw beautiful reef fish, eels and an octopus! The condo itself gets a nice breeze from the lanai, but there is GREAT AC, if needed. The location is peaceful and the views of the golf course and trees are lovely. We especially appreciated the kitchen tools and appliances available. From coffee makers (pods and regular brew) and skillets to garbage disposal and a dishwasher. “This condo is awesome. It is the perfect north shore location with access to miles of trails from Turtle Bay and 5 minutes from the beach. We loved our stay. ”

“We were glad to find this 1 bedroom, 2 bath unit that was much less pricey than the Ritz Carlton Turtle Bay resort, but still within walking distance of the restaurant and resort facilities. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking items and grocery stores are close by. There is a nice lanai with seating and boogie boards/equipment and a view of the golf course. “This was a lovely and updated 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit with a peaceful view of the golf course. Much more affordable than staying at the Ritz Carlton Turtle Bay resort, which is within close walking distance. Very much appreciated that there was laundry in the unit. Good communication with owners and check-in and out was easy.”

“The condo was everything we needed! It is in a great location on the north shore with plenty to do within 20 minutes. It’s about a 10 minute walk to an excellent beach or a 10-15 minute drive to the best snorkeling spot on Oahu at Sharks Cove. The unit does run warm with no central AC and even with the doors open to allow the breeze thru in the living room it’s still not cool in June during the day. “If you’re looking for a reasonably priced spot to stay in downtown Waikiki, this should be your first choice. Conveniently located steps off of the beautiful Ala Wei canal…one block from Kūhiō Avenue which is filled with shops and restaurants…two blocks from Kalākaua Avenue with even more shops and restaurants, and three blocks from the beach.
