“Great staff with service in mind. The room was not soundproof not a big dilemma as we have been skiing but also a bit uncomfortable.”

“Our trip was Winter for skiing, but the wellness centre facilities were excellent. The restaurant prices need reducing since evening meal options are limited and if you had children would be very expensive. Other than that, the hotel was very good. Reduce the restaurant prices, open up the dinner menu and make it outstanding.”

“Sono stato con mia moglie in questo albergo per un weekend di inizio aprile LA struttura è molto carina e si trova in posizione perfetta davanti alle piste, non è necessario muovere l'auto. La stanza era ristrutturata bene ed il bagno molto grande con vasca ed addirittura doccia Teuco con sauna e massaggio anche se non sono riuscito a farla funzionare, credo fosse staccata. Colazione eccezionale, tutte materie prime di alta qualità! Anche ristorante molto buono. Personale molto cordiale. Unica……

“Non sapevo del mio arrivo in sala per la cena, non mi hanno riservato un posto a tavola, lo stesso anche per la colazione mi accomodavo dove capitava, non mi hanno mostrato il listino prezzi delle bevande (che erano a parte e non mi era stato specificato), le pietanze erano molto scadenti, la pasta e riso erano sempre scotte, molti piatti non erano nemmeno conditi, posate trovate sporche e per concludere alla fine del soggiorno al check-out mi è stato chiesto il saldo di 477 euro, il che sono……
