“Less than 5 minutes from US side of Niagra falls, less than 15 from Canadian side. House was great. The beds were so comfy if you like a soft mattress and pillows. I would suggest a small dresser in each room, we had to set our stuff on floors. Also some hooks in bathroom would be nice. It was great to have nice towels for once when stating in a rental.The one thing that was annoying but not a deal breaker for us, was the wifi. Awful reception, if any. Couldnt use TV because the connection was……

“This place was exactly as described in the listing: clean, well-kept, in a quiet and very cute neighborhood. My only complaint is that we had to pay an extra non-refundable 90 for "damage insurance" on top of the other service fees. ”

“The yurt is ideally located. We went to the riviera for a show. It was a 5 min drive. We went to an event at keybank center, a 20 min drive. The park across the street sits right on the river and only a 5 min walk. A few min to the grocery store. I was initially looking for a nice hotel but found the yurt. It didnt cost anymore than a hotel. The neighborhood felt safe as we were out late. The host responded promptly to questions. We would stay again.”

“If you’re expecting a cabin in the woods or private mansion in the suburbs, you’re going to have a bad time. This was a very nice three bedroom apartment to bring your family to, this really is a diamond in the rough. It’s a converted house with some small annoyances but nothing that we’d rate lower for. If you aren’t used to “inner city noise” bring a noise maker to sleep to. Likewise, there seemed to be only one plug in all the rooms, so bring a usb hub to charge stuff with. Otherwise, this is……

“The host was very helpful. The location was great, we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The two bedrooms and full bath on the first floor were just what we needed. The neighborhood was a little run down, but the people were very friendly, we never felt unsafe. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Not the nicest part of the city but convenient to the Falls. 4 bedrooms was ideal for our adult children and spouses and two infant grandchildren. Children’s playground across the road was appreciated. Felt like more effort and attention to cleaning (ie kitchen floor and carpeted stairway) would have been nice. Overall met our needs and expectations ”
