“The electric shower control panel had a problem, took them a day to fix it, but they were responsive. The heating air conditioning unit did not work. I did not report it. I did not wanna change room since they were pushing me to change rooms and I have unpacked so I just Did not Use the heater in the cold.”

“I almost lost my bag. In the end my coat was stranded at the hotel. I chose not to have my coat because I had a flight to catch. The service staff changed a few times, but none of them satisfied me. They were either very anxious or seemed to want to sleep. They almost left my driver's license in his copier and almost prevented me from boarding the plane. It's horrific, kind of unbelievable. The living conditions and environment are acceptable, and the price of the room I booked is quite……

“I love the staff the guy at the front desk was very nice and sweet. The room was nice and roomy the pool was clean the only complaint I had is about the jacuzzi which was not available on a weekend because it had to be cleaned. Why not clean it during the week because most people go on vacation on the weekends disappointed in that other than that or stay was beautiful!”

“机场shuttle过去只要5分钟，但步行非常不方便。我们每次想去downtown只能电话约shuttle来接至机场然后乘metro过去。一般情况下shuttle都会比较快，只有一次可能在外面，要求我们等待一个小时，所以还是有些不方便的。”
