“The staff are fantastic and care about their guests’ experiences. I am recovering from knee surgery and needed a shower chair, which the hotel was able to provide for me. It was already set up in our room when we arrived. I appreciated this very much! The hotel is very clean and well kept. The spa is wonderful and so are the restaurants and bar attached to the hotel. Convenient for lots of shopping as well. Thank you for a wonderful stay! ”

“We stayed over to catch a 5:30 am flight out of the airport. The staff was super friendly, a nice bonus to keep the car at the hotel and shuttle over to the airport and coming back shuttle was there to pick us up. The night auditor was very sweet and drove us right to our car and made sure it started in the winter weather (1am). We would definitely stay here again! ”

“I almost lost my bag. In the end my coat was stranded at the hotel. I chose not to have my coat because I had a flight to catch. The service staff changed a few times, but none of them satisfied me. They were either very anxious or seemed to want to sleep. They almost left my driver's license in his copier and almost prevented me from boarding the plane. It's horrific, kind of unbelievable. “Great service! We were having problems with griwn kids in the pool, after kindky asking them numerous times to please stop squirting us with their squirt guns. As we were just watching our kids in the pool. A few wet sandwhiches and cell phones later, they were asked to leave. Great customee service. ”
