“I almost lost my bag. In the end my coat was stranded at the hotel. I chose not to have my coat because I had a flight to catch. The service staff changed a few times, but none of them satisfied me. They were either very anxious or seemed to want to sleep. They almost left my driver's license in his copier and almost prevented me from boarding the plane. It's horrific, kind of unbelievable. It was already set up in our room when we arrived. I appreciated this very much! The hotel is very clean and well kept. The spa is wonderful and so are the restaurants and bar attached to the hotel.
