“The staff at the reception was exceptionally nice and helpful and the location was excellent.
However there were a few flaws in the room: no proper hot water, no indication of internal phone numbers (we had to go down to the reception to get wi-fi password and coffee/tea) and the room was a bit dated (toilette included).”
