“We were there for a graduation celebration. We rented a car since it was not so convenient to take the T. The apartment was very clean, easy check in and check out. We did not cook anything so we can’t evaluate the kitchen but it was clean and the host had snack, water and teas for us to use. Very kind of them. We did use the washer and dryer very Convenient. Our only complaint was the upstairs neighbors. The parking is located at the back of the house. We were able to park there the first night……

“This was a very nice property. Plenty of beds. Some rooms with nice bunk beds as well. We had a group of 7; plenty of room for us, granny and the 4 kids. Kitchen was nice and well equipped. It is an Upstairs apartment with Lots of stairs that were pretty narrow so be prepared for that. TVs in each room and the Wifi worked well. It snowed during our trip and it was very cold. The stairs at the back of the house were extremely slippery due to the snow and ice. It would have been nice to have sand……

“Our group of 8 women stayed here for one night and had a wonderful time. The home is very clean. Everyone was very impressed with the renovations. The beds were comfortable and there were enough places to sleep so we could all sleep in our own bed. There were even a couple extra beds if we needed. Great security and parking for one car. “Jenny was responsive, helpful, and kind in assisting with our questions and needs. Home provided an abundance of space, extremely clean, and everything we needed for our time in the Boston area. Roadway is slow, but when traffic is heavy backing out of driveway is tough. Tip - back in when you return to house, as pulling forward is a breeze. Take advantage of Caddy Memorial Park where you can walk around both a wetlands area and ocean across the street and free parking. ”

“The space was clean and organized. The neighborhood appeared fine, my sister and I had no issues walking to the T or nearby restaurants. The drive to the home from the city was super busy but unfortunately expected. I did attempt to message the owner about the temperature in the space but never received a response.
