“Such a lovely place to stay. It is clean, modern, well appropriated and maintained. The location was excellent with many amenities close by. We especially appreciated the availability of the hosts and their rapid responses to our inquiries.The street is busy with traffic at times with some noise but not really bothersome and you have to be careful backing out of the driveway. There are two sets of stairs so if that is a problem this is not the place for you. Otherwise I highly recommend it.”

“Came up to Marshfield from Florida to celebrate the holidays with our children and their families. I can’t say enough about the house. It was perfect. We’ve rented many homes and none of them came with a kitchen equipped as well as this one. House was clean, plenty of linens, beautiful washer and dryer. They even had spare toothbrushes in case you forgot yours. Owner was very accommodating. Responded immediately when I reached out with any questions. We will be renting this house again.”

“We had an excellent week at Ship’s Inn. There was an unexpected strong storm that caused a power outage for the entire town, the first night of our stay. John kept us informed with updates about the length of the power outage. He also provided us with some insightful suggestions for places to visit while we were vacationing. We loved waking up to beautiful views of the water right out the back door of the property. We will definitely stay here again if we ever have the opportunity to vacation in……

“It was an over all great stay. One reccommendation is to replace the very hard mattress in the master bedroom but other than that loved to old house that had a great renovation downstairs and an awesome location. ”
