“Overall, the location is secluded. The neighborhood is quiet and the water was tranquil. We had a relaxing time. Would stay here again.”

“We were pleasantly surprised after the short drive out of town into such a secluded yet beautiful area where the treehouses are located. The area was lush with trees, fields and the miniature horse. We were able to walk through the neighborhood after our long car ride and the kids enjoyed a neighborhood playset.The patio was extremely pleasant and the sleeping arrangements worked out well.We would definitely stay again.”

“Blissfully quiet”

“My family enjoyed a relaxing weekend away at this lovely cabin. My children (8 and 4) loved exploring the outdoors, seeing the animals, and making s’mores. It was a convenient ride to Waco to explore, if desired. The cabin is new, well-maintained and the kids enjoyed sleeping in the loft. The outdoor entertaining space is large and great for gatherings big or small. Overall, this was the perfect weekend getaway for my family.”

“I can't begin to express how wonderful this property was. From the springs and the ponds to the tasteful antiques and country decorations in the ranch house, this was such an amazing property! Our large group had so much room and it was so wonderful to have a common area for us all to gather. The kitchen was well appointed and the appliances were great! The 8 1/2 bathrooms made all of us getting ready so easy. all eight of the bedrooms were very well appointed and yet still had great room to……

“We just needed it for a one night stay. Wish the drive there was smoother but knew what we were getting into. Only recommendation would be updating accommodations from sleeps 4 to sleeps 3 as there’s only one queen bed and a twin bed. Host was great about communicating and allowing us to check in a little early ”
