Host has thought about and provided almost everything you might need during your stay but might have forgotten. Great little porch where you can sit and enjoy the cool evenings (and the host even thought of providing some bug spray!). Excellent communications with the host. Always quick to respond. My ONLY "complaint" would be there's no coffee maker. BUT, there's a Tim……

“'The Tenant House' is such a cozy farmhouse, really within minutes from Canandaigua. Communication with Beth was super easy as we had a change the number of adults staying for one night. The house was very clean. Beth greeted us when we arrived and even offered fresh vegetables from her garden. The bottles of water were welcomed as the temperature was very hot in July. The hosts provided tower oscillating fans as the house does not have air-conditioning, which did help circulate the air in the……
