“前幾天的清潔人員都很確實，後面幾天會漏掉收拾一些譬如電蚊香片沒補充室內拖鞋使用過也沒收走，這次剛好遇到更換窗戶，也許是要讓矽膠快速硬化以至於窗戶整天都沒關上，導致蚊子很多整層樓連電梯都是，晚上都無法入睡，建議插座可以多幾個，現在都是3C的時代，一個房間雙人床只有一個插座實在不夠用，希望下次能夠改善，還好有櫃檯17號服務人員幫忙協助處理桌子的問題和更換房間，讓這次旅行圓滿許多。”

“附近很多商店,超市,晚上有小吃攤,也有24小時的餐廳,非常方便,機場接駁車也是24小時T1T2都有接送,櫃台人員服務很有熱忱,若轉機是一個最好最合適價格又親民的酒店”

“經平台分別訂了一間4人房及2人房，但住宿卻說只收到2間2人房訂單，幸好職員幫忙升級至大房，好讓一家人可以舒服地休息。”

“Staff weren’t very helpful. They didn’t ask for us to pay when we arrived (normally we pay before hand so we forgot too) and instead of waiting until morning we had a staff member bang on our door after midnight. We have two kids under two who were sleeping. We arranged the shuttle service to take us to the airport the following morning and they cancelled it last minute resulting in us needing to organise a taxi. Place is dirty, especially the bathroom but our main issue is staff incompetence. ”
