“I picked this hotel is because it is located near KL Sentral station. The signage pointed me to go thru NU Sentral mall but is not clear enough and it took me 20 more min to locate the hotel eventually. Check in is speedy, room is spacious but a bit old. Plenty of storage with a full kitchen, which will be good for long term stay. The air con is a major disappointment. The thermostat didn’t work and it kept pouring out cold air and it is just freezing (below 20C) until you turned it……

“quite a new hotel with great services, well equipped and centrally located. Just 5 mins walk to a mall with a supermarket and restaurants. 8 mins walk to twin towers (KLCC), very convenient.”

“Room was clean and beautiful except small area of wallpaper peel off. Toilet has a smell but overall still acceptable. Disappointment with very late notice that the swimming pool is chargeable with a RM30 fee and limited entry. same thing for parking. Suggest these should indicate in Expedia website. ”

“Very good location, room is nice. The restaurant was underconstruction, and we had to order breakfast everyday, and the breakfast was not good, although they provided some choices, there would be something wrong at the next morning. And it didn't taste good... I had to order grab food instead. They charged me NTD$1080 for the bad breakfast. The housekeeping didn't do a good job either, the trash was in the trash bin for five days without cleaning. The dishes were washed, but not clean.”

“Pros: Quite close to Legoland, just a few minutes walk, pass through the Mall of Medini, and Legoland is right there. Cons: Not convenient for public transport, however, using Grab App to book a ride is relatively cheap. Only a 7-ELEVEn and a small supermarket nearby. Only a few restaurants and fast food restaurants in the Mall of Medini. The hotel is overall a bit old, maintenance is fair, neats but but just look old. A bit dark inside the toilet and bath, water pressure was weak. Can have deep……

“This service apartment is perfect for any type of travellers, it offers great service for example when we forgot our umbrella the staff let us borrow some. The room is massive yet it is clean. Some minor issues was that the fan in the main room was not working and that in the morning, the main bathroom had a sewage-like smell which was unpleasant. ”
