“Dock is great! New with composite decking so no splinters in little feet! House is small but works, we had family in and out all week and there was room enough for everyone to sleep and relax. ”

“We needed an overnight stay ahead of our flight home and this was the perfect spot. Clear directions for entry, cool, clean, complimentary snacks, and comfortable resting spots. We intended to walk around the beautiful property, but were so comfy inside we just stayed in and watched movies! Bed was wonderfully comfortable and blackout curtains worked great. It had a well stocked kitchen and easy coffee maker, and the bathroom had plenty of towels and extra necessities. Water closet is so great……

“This property and house is well maintained, clean, and fully furnished. The dock is perfect for spending the day outside and playing in the water. The covered portion of the dock has plenty of room and seating for a group of 10. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely book again in the future!”

“We needed something that would be comfortable for a family of four. Something that would be close to the main roads. Saw this listing and it looked very cute. Upon arrival I was a little unsure as the street was tight and the property looked small. I thought we were going to be on top of one another. Was totally not the case. A very nice living room den area a well-pointed kitchen comfortable bedrooms a good AC unit. Very CLEAN and very pleased.”

“Returned to my hometown of Jacksonville, Florida for family wedding. Your home was a perfect location for us. So much better than a hotel, too. Plenty of rooms for family, nice pool, games, large yard, and plenty of parking. Enjoyed the back porch and pool deck so much. Makes a pleasant setting for morning coffee.
