“This house was perfect for our vacation. It was clean and comfortable.”

“Tony & I and CoCo Chanel enjoyed looking out over the lake.....and the birds! Location was nice and easy to get to Great restaurants and shops and stores. Went to St. Augustine and enjoyed all day there! Went to Jacksonville Beach and had lunch! Nice realxing Christmas celebration for just the three of us! I want to go back in the Summer and rent a jet ski!”

“We were down in the area for my sons wedding. We wanted to be able to relax between events and also have a great place to watch the Superbowl with my family Sunday after the wedding events. The property was amazing and relaxing. Any instructions that were needed are clear. The attention to detail around the property was great. It was obvious that a Veteran owns the property. We took advantage of the fresh eggs as well. We have already talked about booking here again on our next visit to……

“We thoroughly enjoyed our time on this property! Layout was perfect for playing games as a group… There were nine of us as well as the dartboard, ping-pong table, and foosball tables in the garage. We were all able to sit in the living room to watch anything on TV. It was lovely having a fire pit and a beautiful beautiful view of the cove. Highly recommend this property for a getaway! The host was quick to respond to anything we . We would definitely stay here next time we are in the area! ”

“Visited our son and his family in the area. Perfect location & neighborhood. House was spacious & exactly what we needed. Only reason I'm not giving it a 5 star is because there were a lot of old stains on chairs and carpets. I did inform them so hopefully they will be taken care of. ”

“Place was very nice, but the weather was exceptionally colder than normal. I turned the heater up to 86 and froze the first night. The room finally warmed up by the next night ”
