“This was not a kitchenette. Their was an old, unsafe electric burner with no cookware. Their are multiple stains on the carpet and mismatch sheets and linens. It took several attempts and finally a kind gate guards assistance to get our names on the access list for a 10 day stay. ”

“A few simple improvements would make a huge difference. More towel bars/hooks in bathroom & inside door. Decent waste baskets. Secured elevator that works. One or two more lamps. The ones by the bed were not enough. Clean ceiling fan would have been nice. We were very happy with the smart tv. We had no problem with noise from neighbors. Pool & fitness room was nice. Plenty of towels, dish soap & a start on toilet paper was nice.”
