“Exactly as advertised! We stayed for 5 nights and had an amazing time. The pools were a great break from the beach/St. Augustine. We got a few workouts in at the gym. Locals are very friendly. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Came to Jacksonville for grandson's baseball tournament, fairly close (15 minutes) to venue. Unit was very clean, well stocked. Never saw the pool but didn't really look hard to find. We would stay here again if needed. Thanks ”

“Very clean, safe and grocery shop nearby. Nice morning walk garden ! Stayed 6 nights. Dish wash sponge and one extra toilet paper roll would have made the stay perfect. it was very pleasant and helpful host. Thanks! ”

“Great place, place was clean very large accommodations good closet storage space lots of hangers, we had some small issues but they were addressed by Matt. I even made some suggestions after our stay and Matt texted me back that he had addressed the all. He is an excellent host. ”

“This condo is so cute, the view is beautiful and the location is amazing. I was so delighted to realize that it is out in the country surrounded by local family farms, cattle, and huge sections of untouched land. There are lots of things to do close by, the host is amazing and if I am ever back in St. Aug I will definitely try to stay here again. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience! ”

“Place is very nice and spacious. The grounds are beautiful unfortunately didn’t have a chance to use the pool. Unit was very clean and convenient to family located nearby. Highly recommend if in the area. Lots of stores & restaurants close to unit. ”

“A few simple improvements would make a huge difference. More towel bars/hooks in bathroom & inside door. Decent waste baskets. Secured elevator that works. One or two more lamps. The ones by the bed were not enough. Clean ceiling fan would have been nice. We were very happy with the smart tv. We had no problem with noise from neighbors. Pool & fitness room was nice. Plenty of towels, dish soap & a start on toilet paper was nice.”

“The unit was great for our local relocation. I would recommend that you let interested people in this unit know that the bathtub may be very hard to enter/exit. All-in-all just what we needed.”
