“Eric has a lovely, comfortable room in west Petaluma. He is a most gracious host. Cookies on arrival! Offers of breakfast, drinks for the in-room fridge, suggestions of restaurants, extra towels, and maybe a tour of his music collections :) Walking everywhere in town is easy from here. Thank you Eric, for a perfect stay.”

“The condo was nice, spacious & just what I needed. A good, safe, quiet area. I needed to work remotely & the desk & internet were a huge plus. Check in information could have been better. Info about how to check in should be sent immediately even if the code is not sent until check in time. A few more basic amenities would have been good - kitchen sponge & towels, more than 11/2 roll of TP etc.but o over all a good stay”

“The Hi House was completely satisfying in every regard. You're surrounded by an immersive experience of old-growth trees and gentle hills. Animals and nature are yours to view, including distant water vistas. Great location for us to discover all the trails in Inverness and Tomales Bay. Would recommend it to anyone who also loves Mid-Century architecture.”

“Staying here provided everything my partner and I needed for our weekend trip to Napa. We mostly just needed a home-base and didn't need any extra amenties and things but I wish we had tried out the pool! It was close to downtown and loved how close it was to our main winery we had planned, Del Dotto. I was able to run from this complex every morning. We also got breakfast at the Silverado Market which was convemient and had some great options for food and beverages. Overall, it was a great stay……

“The room was just as pictured. It was very clean. David was very responsive. No issues with communication. The only odd thing was there a smell when we entered. I’m not sure if the carpet was cleaned and wasn’t aired out but it smelled a little musky/moldy. I did let David know. Oh, the safe didn’t work either. I would stay again with hopes that the smell is no longer there! ”

“This is a great property and location. My only issue was that another guest locked me out of the entire property. Found out at 10:30 at night. No real solution other than sleeping in my car in parking lot given required CPAP was inside the room. Didn't get into the hotel until after 2 a.m.”

“Good breakfasts. Easy walking to the central business district. Bed was softer than i like. Tiny little WC and shower.”
