“I booked a property through VRBO from November 27 to December 1, 2024, for a family Thanksgiving gathering. Upon arrival, we found the house to be in an unacceptable condition, far from what was depicted in the listing photos. The fridge, countertops, and stove had old, crusted food, there was a strong, unpleasant odor throughout, and layers of dust covered various surfaces. “Stayed 2 nights for my sisters funeral. Plenty of room for my 3 kids, their spouses and my 2 grandchildren. Grandkids and others enjoyed the pool, hot tub and the gym allowed the 10 & 8 year old to wear off energy unused in the 1.5 hour here. The rooms were many and spacious. Nearly every amenity we needed. ”
