Not only was the property exactly as described but the owner provided so many extras…beach chairs, beach wagons, beach towels, floats, corn hole, binoculars, bicycles, fully-equipped kitchen, and even two full size refrigerators in the kitchen. Beach access was a 3-minute walk. And we thoroughly enjoyed the pool after a long day at the beach. I also loved that you had a great view of the ocean AND the Santa Rosa sound from the balconies. We are already planning another……

“Although this is an older property, it had every comfort and convenience. For us the old Florida feel made it more homey and enjoyable. Perfect for large groups and multigenerational family gatherings. The game room and outdoor seating brought all ages together! And lots of privacy for elders and teens. Dave and Tim were very responsive and helpful. Location ideal to walk to beach, launch kayaks or drive or ride the bicycles to dining and shopping. We had a wonderful stay. ”

“This is our 3rd year to stay at this condo. Check in is so smooth, we love the layout and spacious living area. This 4 bedroom condo is perfect for our large family. We always vacationed in Destin for 20 years but Pensacola Beach is less crowded and no traffic (most of the time but not Destin traffic). We just got home today and have next year booked already. ”
