“Good location. Walk to the beach wasn’t bad. House was clean and easy check in. House is dated we had to clean the refrigerator freezer so we could have ice. Back door knob was falling off the door. The BBQ grill is definitely not clean. Master bed was very uncomfortable and had a high solid spot in the middle so you roll when laying in the middle of the bed. The mold in the bedroom closet done it for me. My kids left early as they have asthma and that was the room they slept in. ”

“We really enjoyed this house. Perfect for a young family with such a short walk to the beach, easy walks to restaraunts, etc. Clean, comfortable, and the outdoor space was great to keep the sand and beach stuff out of the house. Would book again. ”

“The house is two blocks off the gulf and across the street from the intercostal. A quick walk to the beach with easy access. There is convenient parking in the driveway. The street is quiet with great views of the intercostal from the main and top floor. The kitchen is setup for easy interaction with the main living area and is well supplied. “Overall great experience. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Close enough walk to community pool, with beach access across the street. Far enough away from the busy Pansacola Beach restaurant / shopping area but still a short drive or free trolley ride away.Owners stayed in contact with different happenings in the area. “The house was great for our week long stay. The floor plan was perfect for allowing for getting together as a group and private space for relaxing. The spiral staircase was a little tricky but we managed. The hot tub was not filled when we arrived but this was addressed quickly by their maintenance team. ”
