“We enjoyed our stay in Peoria for a nearby family reunion. I recommend going inside the beautiful Saint Mary’s cathedral. Looks like something you would see in Europe. ”

“The house was great for our group in town for a wedding. The kids loved the pool and there was plenty of room. Unlike some other reviewers, we found there to be plenty of towels and other basic supplies. ”

It was so nice to be able to unwind and reminisce in this beautiful home versus staying in hotel rooms. The living room, dining room and kitchen were my favorite rooms -very open, welcoming and bright! Truly just steps to the downtown area. After check out, my sister and I shopped at a few boutique-type stores and ate at the nearby brewery. We'd stay at the Heirloom again!!”

“It’s an older property that has been updated with modern furnishings, fixtures and kitchen appliances. Well equipped and tidy. Easy check in and no problems during my stay.”

“The views are incredible. I loved looking out onto the river in all directions and at night the moon light shimmered on the water. I enjoyed watching the tow boats and barges, people kayaking, and the wildlife. I saw a pelican - how cool was that. The hosts were awesome too, with friendly and informative communication.”

“We rented the cabin for two nights to be close to family friends who live in Pekin. It was the perfect location, very quiet and we really appreciated the outdoor space and grill. This will be our preferred place to stay in the area from now on! Please add a step stool for the vertically challenged so we can reach the top shelf. :)”
