I had to call to get someone to tell me how to gain access to the apartment. The resort were going to charge me for parking but I showed that the listing stated parking was included. When we got into the apartment there were no towels or bedding. Had to call again. Was told that the listing stated that this was not included.……

“We loved that this gave us a direct view of the Mont Blanc! We were rather surprised to learn that the room didn't come with its own bathroom. That part was not clear in Expedia but we were okay with it. The room was really small. Not ideal for tall people. We bumped our heads. The breakfast was pretty limited. ”

“Fantastic place to stay for the 6 of us. It was smart and clean, but also very homely. Great breakfast (cooked and pastry options), super close to ski hire and slopes (few mins walk), sauna and steam were really nice and those who had massages said they were great.
