“Overall a terrific experience right from the very beginning. We arrived a day early and thought we'd try to see if we could get in. Krystal not only work out a vacancy, but made it the same room we had already reserved for the next 4 days. Thus, no having to switch rooms after the first night. We can't say enough good things about the kindness, concern, friendliness and professionalism exhibited by Krystal at the front desk.
