Even no decaf coffee after checking with front desk; as customer, trying our best to understand, but seems Covid became such an convenience to hotels and lots of inconvenience to us! I request a partial refund for expensive these two rooms which will be very reasonable ”

“The room was clean, well maintained and everything went smoothly. The breakfast selection was good. The staff maintaining it were very helpful and attentive. They even helped a family with multiple children get everything that they needed. It was lovely to see that type of kindness in this world. The only tough thing was one of the exterior doors stuck when trying to open with a key card and didn’t work - which just helped us get our steps in for the day. ”
