“We were in the area for a short stay due to a wedding. The property met our expectations. There was only two of us but it could have accomdated easily 10 with the 6 single bunk beds in the bunk room. Although we did not use the game barn, it has a large amount of potential as they continue to make upgrades. There is plenty of stuff in the game barn for children and adults alike. ”

When having multiple people stay in one cabin, the separate toilet rooms and shower rooms were amazing! The old camp feel of the property was one of the best parts. The massive pool and pond were highlights of our stay. My son loved the swing-set and the agility course next to it. After a day of hiking at Petit Jean, there was nothing liking relaxing in the pool, roasting s’mores,……

“The cabin seemed very new, and it had all of the utensils that one would ever need. The hot tub was excellent, and the view was stunning. The fire pit (with some wood available) was also lovely. We wished there would have been more games in the ottoman. ”

“Red Sunset Cabin was absolutely perfect for what we needed for our family and for my birthday trip. The cabin itself had privacy, beautiful scenery, a wonderful hot tub with antislip coating (jets get excited if the water gets a little low from use so definitely lower the cover when not in use just in case), plenty of seating throughout the home, and plenty of tv options for relaxed viewing. “We chose this location for a fishing trip because the home is situated on a beautiful 1,300-acre lake. While the interior was clean and comfortable, the property overall seemed a bit neglected, with items scattered around outside. The house itself is on the smaller side which is fine, but may be slightly overpriced for what it offers.Additionally the 200 cleaning fee felt excessive—especially considering the length of stay, the size of the home and us cleaning up after ourselves.
