“Very relaxed and cruisy place. Nice, quiet, comfy. Perfect little kitchenette. Excellent location to walk to great restaurants. Also excellent to walk to East Perth station where all regional buses depart, plus many train options to the city & beyond. Next time we are back in Perth will definitely stay there again. “Overall good place to stay. Kids loved the horses. Could do with a blind or curtain on the high window in the lounge room as morning sun is too bright for anyone using sofa bed. Sofa bed not very comfortable.”

“It was a very settling environment, and the sleeping quarters were comfortable, and i woke up with a good night's rest. It was good entertainment on the TV, everything was available in the kitchen, and i was able to make some good dinner. I would definitely stay here again. ”

“DO NOT STAY HERE! Perhaps once upon a time, when the owners werent tired, grumpy and rude, this place may have been a great place for young families to stay and enjoy everything it said on the brochure. Now only local workmen 'live' there. We arrived to a run down, very dated scene and what first hit me when walking in, was the smell. Dust and old. Neat and tidy but very dusty. Back garden was cluttered with all sorts of stuff. Couldn't use the bbq due to plant cuttings and rubbish all over it.……

“Annette was so lovely and made us feel so welcome. The unit itself was just so comfortable and spacious, very modern. It is close to public transport. Lovely local parks in walking distance. Highly recommend this accomodation 😃”
