“Amazing place, just perfect for our 3 night stay in Rockingham. Wonderful hosts, incredibly high end fixtures and fittings throughout. Spacious suite with absolutely everything we needed. Beautiful tranquil garden to sit in. Two gorgeous dogs live there. We loved them. Best guesthouse we’ve stayed in, ever. ”

“The property itself is lovely but the advertising is misleading . It's a side building on same property as the owners personal home with the dining area exposed and in full view of the main house , so not very private. It was hot the day I arrived but the air conditioner did not cool the place down at all with cheap fans for the bedroom area which just moved the air around . I paid for 4 days , left after 4 hours and no refund. ”

“DO NOT STAY HERE! Perhaps once upon a time, when the owners werent tired, grumpy and rude, this place may have been a great place for young families to stay and enjoy everything it said on the brochure. Now only local workmen 'live' there. We arrived to a run down, very dated scene and what first hit me when walking in, was the smell. Dust and old. Neat and tidy but very dusty. Back garden was cluttered with all sorts of stuff. Couldn't use the bbq due to plant cuttings and rubbish all over it.……
