“From booking to checkout, everything was smoother than a Hilton hotel pillow. Communication? Prompt and friendly. The room? Massive. I could’ve done cartwheels (I didn’t but I could’ve). Comfy bed, spotless and exactly what I needed for a couple of solid nights of peace. Bonus points for loads of parking and a security guard keeping watch overnight like a hospitality ninja. "房間整體十分好極滿意。遇著復活節假期，酒店一餐廳裝修，不滿意是另一餐廳可以4天也不營業。一定要外出吃，想舒適吃一餐亦未能如願。理解是假期，但可以休業4天實奇怪。"

Good service but noisy room

"The room window isn’t sound proof; the first room I was staying looking at the main road, the noise from outside traffic came into the room. The hotel needs to do more for it. Whereas, the staff are very helpful to find another room facing backyard for me to change. "
