I reserved a deluxe studio, and the photos indicated that there was an induction cooker, along with a mention of a small kitchen. However, upon arrival, I discovered that there was only a microwave and no induction cooker. When I brought this issue to the attention of the reception staff, I was informed that they bear no responsibility for how Hotels.com advertises their rooms. This situation is quite frustrating.”

The parking bays are narrow, suitable for small cars only. It would be more attractive for travelers if free parking is provided. Only TV, no Netflix nor YouTube is available.
