“Nossa estadia no hotel Almasur foi simplesmente excelente! Desde o atendimento cordial até as acomodações confortáveis, tudo contribuiu para uma experiência memorável. A localização do hotel é outro grande diferencial, estando bem próximo da estação de metrô Pedro de Valdivia, o que facilita muito a locomoção pela cidade. O café da manhã merece destaque, oferecendo uma variedade de pães, frutas, sucos e outros que tornam cada manhã ainda mais agradável. No entanto, percebemos que não havia……

“Hotel is pretty nice, good location but after service is quite poor I have stayed from 23rd - 26th Dec and have settled the payment in advance. They ask for my credit card for deposit purpose, when I check out they charged me 2 times the room fee without any notice (on 28 Dec) and when I reach out to them via email, no response was made (now considering reaching out on phone but yeah I am not based in Chile you know) Let's see how it goes, probably need to make some calls, bad experience ”

“2 very small rooms. The bathrooms is tiny. For 2 people is hard to get around. The place has been remodeled looks like a while ago. It’s all old and smells. There is no AC, no elevator. The place seems to be cleaned, but because it’s old it seems like dirty and musty. It is bay overpriced for what it is. After We stayed in the hotel for $50 and it was such a big difference, much bigger and nicer, cleaner, with the pleasant smell. I am honestly not sure why there is so many good reviews. We……

“It is located at a safe area of the city. The room is of very decent size. Wide selection of food in breakfast. Offers customers two free bottles of water a day. However, nobody opened the door for us after we got out of taxi or offered to help with our luggage until we reached the check-in counter. The hotel and the facilities are also a bit aged. It is a pretty good hotel, but it doesn’t quite match the typical Ritz Carlton standard.”

“Bom custo benefício...uns 500mts a pe do costanera center. Do lado da torre esquerda do hotel (meu quarto era o 203) tem uma casa que eu contei uns 11 cachorros. Ou seja, se quiser descanso na parte da manhã/tarde é impossível. Pedimos pra trocar de quarto e 1 dia depois do check-in conseguimos. Fomos pro 204 e apesar da cama nao ser mais king, o silencio era ótimo. Cafe da manha simples, mas que agrada a todos. Alem do costanera nao vi nada próximo, como uma farmacia, mercado, restaurante,……
