“Hotel is pretty nice, good location but after service is quite poor I have stayed from 23rd - 26th Dec and have settled the payment in advance. They ask for my credit card for deposit purpose, when I check out they charged me 2 times the room fee without any notice (on 28 Dec) and when I reach out to them via email, no response was made (now considering reaching out on phone but yeah I am not based in Chile you know) Let's see how it goes, probably need to make some calls, bad experience ”

“The receptionist at the counter was friendly, and the hotel has well location, close to the MRT station, pharmacy and the supermarket. The bed is comfortable, also the breakfast has many choices and delicious. But the shower head in the bathroom is a bit dirty and the height fixer is broken. In addition, there is a strange smell in the room. You need to open the window for ventilation.”

“办理入住的時候是9點，明明有空房却是不給房間，等了四個小時才給房間，不人性化。”

“非常方便的酒店，位于LAS CONDES区，离TOTTUS超市走路只要1分钟路程，走路2分钟就是圣地亚哥最大的MALL城-ARAUCA，那里购物餐厅一应俱全，而且购物中心门口还有市区旅游观光巴士（TOURISTIK），买票在酒店就可以买到。酒店非常干净，房间也大，窗口望出去就是安第斯山脉，早餐也不错。”
