There is a train track across the street however inside the house it was not loud, they did not use horns. The water pressure was great especially in the shower. The secret to flushing the toilet is to hold down the handle for 3 sec. The beds were comfortable with plenty of blankets. There is grill on the back porch which you don't have with a condo.
