“Am Stadtrand von Perugia ca. 1,5 km ausserhalb,- ein kleines Paradies. Eine liebevoll gepflegte Anlage (3 Wohnungen; wir waren in Le Rose) mit herrlichem Baumbestand und schön angelegten Blumenbeeten. Allen Bildern auf der Angebotseite ist nichts hinzuzufügen. Valentina ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin. Sie spricht perfekt deutsch und englisch. Sie gibt gerne und kompetent Tipps und Ratschläge für Besichtigungsmöglichkeiten. Ein optimaler Platz zur Entspannung - auch der tolle Pool gehört dazu……

“Four of us stayed for two nights while visiting Assisi. We were met by the owner who helped us “move in”. All amenities are as advertised. All of the artwork and collectibles enhanced its beauty. The terrace is large and provides a stunning view of the Umbrian countryside. The host made dinner reservations for us in a wonderful local restaurant called Taverna dell Orso. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Umbria.”

“We were one of the first groups to stay at this newly renovated, Perugia apartment. This three bed, 2 bath apartment was the perfect size for three couples. We enjoyed being walking distance to the escalators that bring you up to the city center. The kitchen was well appointed for meals that we decided to eat in. The building has parking in the back so it was easy to park our rental car and come and go as we pleased. Washer and dryer and fast WiFi was a nice touch! Guiseppe was very attentive……

“An absolutely beautiful apartment with stunning views over the Tevere Valley towards Assisi. All rooms are comfortable and clean but you will spend most of your waking time in the main living room where there are windows on three sides. The balcony is large enough for a meal for two, and the kitchen is fully equipped to enable you to cook it. The hosts are fantastic, knowledgeable and very helpful. I highly recommend this apartment.”

“Unfortunately the management co. did not address or notify the owner that the bedroom located on the terra piano contained mold and was very damp. Anyone and children should not be sleeping in this area. The mold smell was in the closet areas. Also it was infested with moths but that we could deal with. The owner did newly renovate with a nice bathroom and kitchen located on the first floor but the terra floor without heat and air conditioning is bad for breathing. The thermostat was removed. So……

“We are Australians in Italy for the first time. We enjoyed our week in Perugia. No car so we walked along the country lane to catch a local bus into Centro, and walked uphill to town on several occasions. The artisanal pasticceria which Guiseppe will tell you about was worth multiple visits. Free Illy espresso with each purchase. Guiseppe was quick to respond to our messages and helpful with suggestions. His Gold Card was useful! Too cold for a swim, sadly, as the pool looked very inviting.……

“The property was comfortable, clean, bright, nicely furnished and centrally located (10 min walk to the town center) as shown in the listing. Property manager was responsive for the most part. There were no sheets/pillow cases in the bedroom with twin beds and host never replied to our inquiry to get bedding. Otherwise a very good choice”
