“This apartment is by far the most spacious and accommodating VRBO location we have ever rented in Europe. Zia Manos met us when we got lost upon arrival and directed us to the location and even helped us with our luggage. The apartment is huge with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths and large enough for a whole family. It was impeccably clean and stocked with complimentary Prosecco, fruit, and chocolates. “Everything was as expected except the property was so much nicer than even the photos. Valentina is a wonderful host snd communicates well in English. We found the slightly out of town location very convenient. The Nero Gatto restsurant literal l y around the corner (1 mile) was a pleasant surprise. Wonderful menu and great service. Food was delicious. Highly recommend if you don't want to go all the way into Perugia.”

“I can not say enough about this property and the owner Giuseppe. The place was spotless and exactly as pictured on the site. Very convenient to everything. Giuseppe greeted us upon arrival and even drove us around to show us where the market was and where we could get a quick bite to eat or a coffee. Very pleasant and friendly owner.
