“This apartment is beyond disgusting. Upon entry there was a broken table, disgustingly stained ironing board, dirt on the chairs, mould growing on the sink and in the shower, stained curtains. The adult pool was not open. The electrics for some of the light sockets were broken, this is a health hazard, hotels.com should not be advertising this unit as it is a hazard. Shame on the owners and property management.”

“We had a lovely time staying here for 3 nights for my family of 4 (2 adults, 2 young kids). The apartment comfortably slept us all and could easily fit a 5th person on the extra pull-out mattress. The whole place was beautifully furnished, and spacious enough to fit all our luggage. It was also very clean and anything we needed to be comfortable was provided including a washing machine, stove and oven, plates, bowls and cutlery, body wash, shampoo and towels. “Facility does not have a front desk. You have to call a cell number to check in from the car/taxi/Grab/airport transfer vehicle you came in. If the vehicle can wait, you can do it inside your air conditioned car. If your vehicle cannot wait, you will be outside the building entrance with all your bags in the sweltering heat while you figure out how to check in. We were required to put in a deposit for security and cleaning but person on the phone does not accept credit cards. They wanted a bank……
