“This was our second time staying at the Cozy Cottage. The description of the house is accurate. Once again, we found the house to be very clean and well stocked with dishes and linens that we would need. The location is convenient to our relatives who live in Greeneville and is near stores, shops, restaurants, and historical sites. There is WiFi which allows you to stream networks while you relax in the evening. We love that there is a washer and dryer at the house as not all rentals have one……

There are hand soaps at all of the sinks and even dishwasher pucks. Paper towels and toilet paper is also provided. There is also laundry……

“We enjoyed our stay. Everything was provided that we needed, and store was only 10 minutes away. Property manager was very responsive and checked in to make sure there wasn’t any issues! We came to watch our daughter play college softball and we would definitely stay again if she has more games in the area.”

“We absolutely loved the mountain home. There was plenty of room for our family of 9. The kitchen was well stocked and ready to use. The beds were comfortable. We utilized the beautiful front porch and fire pit. We loved hearing the cows. We were surprised by the fact you didn’t smell farm smells at all. “We have stayed at a lot of short term rentals and this was by far the best equip home we have stayed. This is a great location near Cherokee lake. It also have a great firepit and yard area. I would highly recommend this home to stay in Rogersville!”
