Brian, the owner was extremely accommodating for us while we needed the cabin during our closing on our new home. His responses to questions were very fast and friendly and he asked us several times if we had everything we needed. “We had a great time visiting Greeneville for a wedding. The house was perfect for us. Very clean, comfortable beds, plenty of towels and in a great location for walking and exploring the town. Checking in was so easy and the few questions we had were answered very promptly. Definitely would recommend. ”

“The property was nice, cozy and secluded. The only thing I would suggest adding would be driveway lighting since the area is secluded. My brother lives in Greenville and even he got lost looking for the house. The house was very clean and well kept. The host Sarah was the best host I’ve ever dealt with. Her friendly and welcoming demeanor made it worth my while. I’m not familiar with the area but she left a binder in the house with local restaurants just in case you decided to dine out. I……

“The house was small but comfortable and clean. Updated kitchen and floors. Beds were not comfortable and small. The driveway is limited to having you either back in from the road or back out onto a busy 2 lane road with limited view because of bushes. That being said it was fine for us. The owner did allow us drive onto his grass so we could back into the drive safely. However I would not say this is a pet friendly property. “Wow! What an amazing vacation spot for our large family! We arrived to a beautiful welcome basket filled with yummy goodies for all! We met Sam right off the bat (he was feeding the cows, whom you share the area with) and he was super friendly! Our kiddos immediately went fishing and caught several on day one!
