“We spent 4 nights at La Hibiscus. Really enjoyed everything about it. Florian gave us a free upgrade to the Jasmine suite. Large, comfortable bed, great shower and bathroom. Great terrace for sunning and looking at the mountains. We had the pool to ourselves which we loved. Very hands off approach by management which meant great privacy which we like. Only 5 minutes to Orient Beach….great choice of restaurants including a couple of breakfast places. Will definitely come back. FYI….renting a car……

Only thing I'll point out is that while there is plenty to do in Anse Marcel, if you plan to go to any other area, the hill to Anse Marcel is a quite steep and our rental barely made it. I believe there are shuttles and taxis, however if you are renting a car, ensure it's capable.”

“I had the best time during my stay here! By the end of the week I felt like family! The hosts are delightful, including the pups and turtles. Haha! The property is absolutely beautiful and safe. My room was clean, cozy and the AC worked well. The bed was comfortable too. The food options were amazing! Freshly made daily and so tasty! “This is a lovely hotel. Front desk staff are wonderful as is the bartender. The resort has large and comfortable rooms. There are some downfalls to be aware however. First is the large amounts seaweed coming up from the beach, note this is the only beach I had this experience at in SXM. Secondly, and this may have been my isolated experience, but there are stray dogs around that kept defecating on our patio everyday. And in the building closest to the spa there were large palmetto/cockroaches……
