“We had an amazing stay in this new condo. Perks, it come with garage and a boat slip. The location is convenient to other town. Easy check-in! The kitchen also equip with basic necessities. You do need want to bring extra trash bag and paper towel if you plan to use the kitchen more. All bathrooms come with enough towels! It also come with 2 bikes for you to use. The only improvement is communication. Might want to call or text host directly instead of Vrbo messaging. Host mighy take some time……

“This condo was very cute and spacious for a one bedroom. Bathroom was large and included a jacuzzi tub. Toilet area had it's own door, which was great for a one bathroom multi-use! Location was nice, walking distance to local shopping and restaurants. I have one questionable situation to share in an otherwise perfect experience. In the Master bedroom, there was a wall plug that was overheating. It was HOT to the touch. If you left your hand on it, it would burn you. The first night, we……

“This condo checks all the boxes!!”

“My extended family came up for a ski weekend and had a wonderful experience. Very close proximity to Nub's and Highlands as well as downtown Harbor Springs and Petoskey. The unit accommodated 10 adults comfortably. Parking was seamless and allowed for 2 vehicles outside the unit. The host provides a welcome guide with all the rules as well as a lot of useful info about the area including various things to do.”

“Got tex day before welcoming us upon arrival needed toilet paper sponge for dishes no dish towels they ‘ ‘Knew we were coming basic things should have been there place was dirty refrigerator did not work frooze everything plus on door two shelves bar broken couldn’t use plus on rubber seal it was black bifold door to one bedroom scrapped on carpet no beach towels shower in master couldn’t move shower head water went all over the place no placemat or tablecloth very disappointing we were charged……
